My doctor prescribed B-1 as I seem to be deficient. However, the pills from the pharmacy have a horrible taste that I would burp up and taste for a long time, making me feel very sick to my stomach. I do not know yet . I read it was good . Amazon did not gave it ready for Prime Day so had to wait . I hope it works. It was as stated on description and what fellow bloggers endorsed . I needed somethibg that was already broken down . Would enjoy more directions on time to take and do I chew or not or does it matter ?
