Love it! So far it works just fine and heats up fast. The safety switch is handy. It’s not very sturdy when laying on the counter but no heat touches the counter anyway

My sister has this straightener and as soon as I used it I knew I wanted one. It glides so smoothly without breaking hair (I have thin hair) but gets really hot still. And it’s small and easy to travel with. The clip is also pretty cute and good quality

It's a great little flat iron. The white makes it look clean and very aesthetic. I'm giving 4 stars & not 5 because I didn't get the claw clip that it said it came with.

I originally exchanged this product for a new one because I thought mine was possibly defective. The ceramic plates only touched at the top and there was a gap that widened as you got closer to the base. I use this iron on my bangs so I I'm taking very thin slices of hair, and even with squeezing the iron, hair kept falling out and it took me twice as long as it should. I ended up having to return the replacement as well for the same reason. I had essentially the same model that came out years ago and loved it for at least 10 years, but obviously it aged and I needed to get rid of it, so I bought this one with high hopes and was very disappointed. Even the Conair straighteners you can buy in stores like this one have the same issue. I've gone through at least 5 straighteners now, all with the same issue, and it's devastating how the quality on these straighteners have dropped.
