I recently bought the ECOVACS Deebot N10+ and it's the best investment I've made for keeping my home clean. This robot vacuum cleaner is fantastic for daily cleaning, and it keeps my floors shiny and free from dust and hair. The mapping feature is also impressive, as it easily mapped my home and makes cleaning a breeze. One of the things I appreciate about this robot vacuum cleaner is the convenience it offers. I can schedule the cleaning while I am at work, and when I get back, everything is clean. The auto-empty station is also very convenient, as it empties the dustbin automatically, saving me time and effort. However, there are some limitations to this product. It can't clean corners effectively, so I still have to do some manual cleaning occasionally. Additionally, it doesn't deep clean, so I still need to do a thorough cleaning of my home once a week. Overall, I believe that the ECOVACS N10+ is worth the price. It's a high-quality product that makes daily cleaning effortless and saves me time and effort. However, it's important to remember that it has some limitations and won't replace manual cleaning entirely. If you're looking for a robot vacuum cleaner that can handle everyday cleaning tasks, this product is an excellent choice.

Edit: The robotic vacuum worked well for about a year to year and half, after that the battery degraded significantly to the point to becoming very difficult to use. I contacted the customer service email (no call center in the UAE- they only give an email). After a lot of back and forth giving them proof of purchase and other details they requested, finally they inform me that someone from the concerned repair team will contact back. However no one has contacted. Even after multiple attempts, the robot is still non functional. After such an experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this. Original review: After a lot of research into all the available robotic cleaners, I finally settled on this one primarily due to the good reviews and features but also due to the available support in the UAE. The other Roborock vacuum robot was also highly rated, however, warranty and support seemed to be minimal in the UAE (The seller didn't even respond to a query). After using it for about 2 weeks now, I find that the robot cleans all the rooms well. It will map out your entire house during its first run, then you can (and should) save the map. After that, you can draw virtual walls around places where you don't want the robot to go. After these few steps, it will do the job on its own. You do need to empty out the dust collector every few days and the brush does need to be cleaned and de-haired, but other than that there is minimal maintenance or intervention required. The seller Ecovacs store is very responsive too. All in all, a great purchase.

This vacuum cleaner is fantastic! I have been using it for 2 months and it does a fantastic job! It is straight forward to set up and work and then cleaning is very simple! I have a dog that sheds a lot and if I run it every day or every other day I don’t have hair everywhere. My floors are tiles with carpets it does a very good job! Especially if you set it to go over 2x each area. The same goes for the mop feature it works well, of course it is not like when a human does it, but good enough. Over all I am very happy with the robot!

After several days of use, i can simply say that the item will save some time and effort in your day to day life. Below are the pros and cons Pros • Compact • Works as advertised • Low noise • Average cleaning • Picks all the hairs on the floor • Maintenance is simple and easy Cons • Regular maintenance is required after each run • Mobile app is not good. it keeps resetting the maps • Moping is bad and its good only on already clean surfaces, Those who has children and pets, forget about moping fuction, its not goanna help at all. • At times, hairs will lock the rotary mechanism and the machine stops. Even on a single run, sometimes maintenance is required • It do not grab the full dust and some remains in the corner always . So once in 2 weeks, manual cleaning is more than necessary It could have been manufactured better. However, this device defenitly makes our life better so I give it 4 stars. For those who wish to buy, I recommend to go for higher model becasue it may have all the cons addressed. Worth for the money spend? Obviously YES. But do not expect miracles.

Excellent product, smart and accurate multi-story mapping, powerful suction, large capacity battery, great reach with long side brushes and very quick delivery. Multiple operations modes by area, auto, or custom with scheduling features and possibility of having different settings for different areas. In daily use since a month and so far all perfect. Mopping has deep feature but wouldn't say it does real scrupping, despite microfiber mops. Would be good to find all accessories as genuine, 3rd party ones are available at lower price but little lower quality. Most accessories on Amazon are not saying N10+, but I found mops (both washable and disposal ones), dust bags, main brush, side brushes of N8+ to fit on N10+. In general very handy for remote or scheduled vaccuming operation, however for mopping, you would need to be around, to fill water reservoir, insert mopping plate, clean mop if needed and remove mopping plate when deebot goes to charging station. No more dust, hair and on top of that it pushes you to be more neat avoiding leaving things out of place such as socks,hehe. Overall I love it, and love watching the app remotely to see the tracks taken for cleaning the different areas.

This is my first experience with a robot vacuum cleaner. We have been using it for 3 months. I want to say this, it helps, but if you want to avoid many problems, you need to think about a more expensive model, or choose the model for your room more carefully. Pros: - It's not bad at navigating; - Good enough to pick up dust, hair and other debris; - Average noise; - It's not a washing machine, but after wet cleaning the rag is dirty, which means it does pick up dirt, but the question is does it spread it all over the apartment by the end of the cleaning? - Dust auto-reset; - App; - Carpet detection. Cons: - Maps. Constantly loses location and starts to create a new map, it is very hard to return it to the old map, you have to run it 10 times, slow down, on/off. - Hair will be a problem for your vacuum cleaner, it wraps around all parts and especially the hair affects the dust box, the hair gets tangled with the dirt and when the "auto reset" happens the hair gets caught on parts of the box and the debris stays in the vacuum cleaner instead of flying into the station in the bag. One cleaning is enough to be able to service the vacuum cleaner and remove the hair. - Low clearance. A small rug in the bathroom was a big test for the vacuum cleaner and it almost called for help, but managed to escape the clutches of the linty behemoth. Because of the powerful brushes and low clearance, it started to lift the mat and thus considered it an "obstacle". - It often gets stuck on thresholds and various objects, and watching it storming the legs of a chair makes you afraid that it will overturn.

I bought this product three months ago and followed the instructions for mapping. From day one, it struggles to properly map the house and even IF it properly does so, the entire map gets glitched within a few days. I contacted customer support who took a few days to reply with some tips which may help when mapping. I replied back that the issue was still persisting, and they said that a dedicated support team would email back within 5 days. I waited for ten days before emailing them again and I got the same response. By then, my patience had run out. This is really disappointing since the hardware was really well built. Other than the occasional stuck in a deep carpet it was fine. The packaging was nice, instructions clear (although of no use for me) and the app had a lot of features which the competitors have. The mop would get stuck on low lying carpets, but this is something that could be excused. I didn't expect a lot from this vacuum as I understand the limitations something like a robot vacuum would have when it came to deep cleaning. However, this managed to make my life more difficult due to the number of times I've had to tidy up small furniture after the map gets glitched out. Unless they are able to fix the mapping software, I wouldn't recommend this.
