I absolutely love this knife, we use a lot of casting products, fishing poles mostly but I decided to buy this knife because I have been smoking salmon lately and removing the skin can be a pain in the butt. It's super sharp, comes with a nice plastic case so I don't cut my hand off reaching for it in the drawer and nice and long so you can go right through a filet of salmon easily

Bought this to butcher and trim meat for smoking. VERY sharp. I like the handle and curve of the knife which are both good for butchering and trimming meats of all sizes. The orange and black is kind of cool, but does not affect the performance! The quality and weight also feel great. I am very happy and will update if I get any issues with quality or holding an edge, but so far very, very good!

This is hands down the best fillet knife I have ever had. I use this for deer processing, and it makes the work go so fast and enjoyable. The handle is comfortable, and the blade stays razor sharp. I have many other knives at my disposal, but this is the one I reach for the most. The quality of the knife and steel is every bit as good as anything you can buy, no matter the price. probably my own fault, but this is way too big to be used as a fishing fillet knife. Honestly, this thing is closer to a sword rather than a knife.
