Cannot be opened.
The item is excellent. The screw they mention to open to remove stuck pellets cannot be opened by any means. All other screws are normally tight. This suggests that seller opened the product and tightened it. Since ball is stuck and no one can open it let alone kids, I cannot give a rating to this product.

Good except the mag
Good product but problem is bullet gets stuck inside the gun several times and the mag has a very tight and strong spring that launches all 20 bullets at single reload that makes it malfunction don't full the mag,just add 2 or 3 at once or u can also use it's front hole for reloading
