If you're taking the test get this to help you review.
Long story short...I took a one week bootcamp, took the test shortly after and failed by one question. ISC2 requires you to wait 90 days before you can retest. I bought this book, did 100 questions every morning, and reviewed the ones I got wrong each evening. I also read the CBOK an hour each day. I waited till the last week to take the two "Final exams" to see how I was really doing. I scored in the 90's, and felt pretty confident. Of course none of these questions are on the exam, but knowing the 1000 facts they contain, allowed me to piece together the much more difficult actual exam questions. I'm no stranger to tough tests, and have a CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, and CEH. This is the first exam of this caliber that I had to retake.

Very Comprehensive Review Guide
This test prep book is extremely similar to the CISSP Official (ISC)2 Practice Tests in the way it is organized and the impeccable effort that was put into it, especially regarding the quality and detail of the questions provided. The test questions are challenging and the explanations the author provides in the Appendix are extremely informative; he explains everything with clarity and detail. You can tell a lot of time and effort went into this book. I highly recommend taking these practice tests as part of your review prior to sitting for the exam. This will be my third (ISC)2 Certification exam and in my opinion, this book is an essential resource in preparing for the test. It is a must have.

Worked for me.
Once you have the book register on the Sybex site to enable online testing. I read the study guide and official ISC2 CBK and then took practice exams until I was routinely scoring at least 9()% as recommended. It worked for me.Best of luck to you all.

Good for practice and measuring progress
Very good book. I read the isc2 books but used this book heavily as the test date neared. The actual test is always different from the study questions but this was very useful to both help me see what I needed to study and measure how well I knew the material. Also, I only used the online testing the is available once you buy the book. I passed on my first attempt.

CISSP Knowledge also required?
Hi - I am finding this material quite helpful in providing me the correct 'mindset' as many people have posted here. However, I am seeing several questions coming straight out of the CISSP realm versus cloud context. Can anyone who has taken the test confirm that CISSP knowledge is required, and to what extent? Can one assume that all CISSP-related knowledge valid in a cloud environment is fair game? Thank You

Worth it!
These practice tests were representative of the actual exam questions (but not the same obviously). Some of the questions are actually a bit trickier, which helped me on the exam. I just passed it. This is the second time I sit for this exam and wish I got these practice tests earlier. I used only the online question bank that comes with it. Didn’t touch the actual paper book.

NOTHING LIKE THE TEST
I used this book while preparing for the CCSP Exam. Although I did not expect to see any of the questions in the book on the exam I did expect the questions to be representative of the types of questions and subject matter that would be addressed on the exam. I did very well on the practice exams and went into the exam feeling I had a legitimate chance at passing. I did not come close. The subject material and the types of questions in this book were NOT representative of what I experienced on the exam.In fairness ISC2 did change its test as of 1 Aug. Maybe the questions and subject material before 1 Aug may have been addressed adequately in this book. But the ISC2 CCSP Exam post 1 Aug is nothing like what is in this book. If you are preparing for the exam avoid this book and save yourself time and money.

Good overall look at material at hand
Typical of ISC(2) preparation materials. Good overall look at material at hand, few typos or obviously wrong questions covering 6 cloud domains needed to pass the exam. Like any one certification material, always suggest reading as much as you can from both the answers and bibliographical references before sitting for the exam. Questions tend to be a bit simpler than those on the exam itself but this has always been true and continues with the material contained in this book as well.
