Great Value Speakers
Great speakers for a first purchase. Been using them for a month now and couldn’t be happier. Got into vinyl about 3 months ago and these have taken the sound to the next level. The build quality for the price point is solid. I know I will eventually upgrade to a bigger size but definitely a great choice for a first time buyer. The sound quality is crisp, although the bass could be a little punchier. The remote is a nice feature. For any first time buyers with looking to get speakers, these are a great choice. They are self powered, and are ready to hook straight up to your turntable.

Exactly What I Would Expect from Klipsch
Although I am still in the honeymoon phase, I am truly enjoying these speakers. I bought them for 2 reasons, to add some decent quality sound to the bedroom and run the TV audio signal through them. For some reason, the audio signal is really suppressed through the cable box and we have a hard time hearing the TV. These speakers enable us to hear the TV. The TV audio signal does not crank up very loudly, but that is not why I got the speakers. That is not due to the speakers; that is due to the audio signal coming through the cable box.The sound quality is superb. Whenever I am listening to new speakers, I give them a test drive with certain songs and artists that are recorded in a particularly high quality fashion. These speakers sound just great. I have not listened to them at a high volume over much extended time, but they sound great at low volume and high volume. Very small and compact, which is an attribute in my book. The only feature missing is a power on/off switch. The remote control works well, but it is small and light and probably has a limited lifespan. You turn them on manually by depressing the same big button that you use to select your music source. It is not clear how they are turned off. I looked through the Amazon questions and saw a response from Klipsch indicating that if you let them sit there for 15 minutes or so with no input, they will automatically turn off. I will have to test this soon. It seems that a simple on/off toggle switch would do the trick and would allay my concerns about the day the remote becomes broken or lost. I did a brief Internet search, and the best I could see was a universal TV remote replacement to replace the tiny remote that was sent with the speakers. Since there is a built-in amplifier, I believe it is important to turn these off when not in use.Speakers are all about sound, and these definitely have them. They pack a very solid punch in a very small and aesthetically pleasing package. No disappointments at all, and very happy with this purchase.

Pretty darn decent
I'm a professional audio guy, singer songwriter, producer and engineer. I'm not touting these speakers for studio production, that's not what they do. My ears are still pretty good. I bought these to enhance the sound quality of streaming tv and music apps in my large open living space attached (bluetooth) to my Sony 75" tv. They connected easily to the Sony. I also bluetooth connected my Samsung S21 to them but notice that it's not possible to bluetooth connect more than one device at a time. Its a simple 5 second swap on the tv to get my phone to be the sound source. They're very small. I had my doubts when unboxing. But clearly, they cover the frequency range beautifully (above 73). There is bass present, along with smooth midrange and sweet high end. Sound staging is good. Playing familiar tunes thru them is satisfying, they sound natural, which cannot be said for multitudes of bookshelf sized setups. I don't like sub woofers, they interfere with the hard fought for recordings, IMHO, especially if abused. I get it that many want that thump, they want to feel the low end and that's fine. It's just not for me. Don't let that stop you from getting a sub but they're expensive. I paid $299 for speakers, I think the accompanying Klipsch sub is around $500.There are no EQUALIZER settings. You get what you get and fortunately, that's pretty good. However, if you are streaming music from YOUTUBE MUSIC or any of the many streaming music apps, you can use the equalizers embedded therein. Works well.I like that there is a phono switch on the rear input panel, no need to purchase a phono preamp to use your turntable. I haven't tried this yet but I will. The remote is odd, at least mine is. Results may vary. Gain staging or setting multiple volume levels is hard when the volume control on the remote does not reflect on the tv screen. So you have guess where the lowest and highest volume is. The trick in gain staging is not overloading one source and/or underloading another. You want a clean robust input from the original source and likewise a clean and not too saturated one from the other. My guess? use your ears and set the speakers moderately high from the remote but not maxed out-and then adjust the overall volume from your tv, tablet, phone etc. I haven't incurred any distortion yet but remember-these speakers only have 70 watts of power and you could easily go into clipping the audio if not careful.Surprisingly good even coverage throughout the open living space.I like 'em.

Incredible quality for price!
I have no complaints about these speakers. They are rated high for a good reason, they sound incredible. Especially for smaller spaces like a bedroom. They fit just right on my desk as well. The highs are very clear and the lows are loud enough it’s comparable to a sub! (May get one one day for some extra punch tho) I appreciate the various connections as well to supply my inputs for these speakers. Also had no problems with the remote! Definitely get these if you want come good quality sound for an amazing price!

Highly detailed sound, compact and beautiful
You may have read that Klipsch are known for being "bright" and I can say that is not the case with these. The highs are actually more subdued than the Edifiers they replaced, but oh are they detailed. Being a 4" driver, naturally sub bass is nearly non-existant, but what it lacks there it more than makes up for in clarity in the mids and highs. The bassline in La Roux's "Damaged Goods" is a joy. Separation and staging is wonderful. These are outstanding little monitors and you will likely hear things you've never heard before in your favorite songs, unless you also own a pair of high quality headphones or a bigger system. Putting these at ear level above my work monitors makes Excel tolerable, because they just look and sound so good.
