It's my first time trying this vegan chewable iron tablets and I must say the taste is somewhat pleasant. I'm not normally a person to go for chewables but the price was good and it has everything I'm looking for together with iron. I've only just started taking them so when I'm finished and take another set of blood test I'd write another review.My blood is always low no matter what iron supplements I take but if I see an increase in the number I'd definitely continue taking these.I haven't had any difficulties in going to the toilet as with other iron supplements so that's a 5Star from me. The price is good the taste is good so I'm a happy customer.

These taste and smell Horrible! They take ages to chew through as well because they are quite big.

These don't taste as good as their Iron supplements but i switched to these to include B12. Having a plant based diet I need to make sure i'm getting the nutrients I need. My bloods say my Iron and B12 is ok so they must be doing the job ...

I have only been taking these for a few days now. I originally started taking them as I’m frequently covered in unexplained bruising (anemia bruises), and needed to stop this. My bruises were becoming quite severe causing me pain, but these are helping.The only downside is that the taste is god awful, but that’s expected with Iron tablets that have such a large amount per serving (28mg iron). Other than that, they seem to do the job!

I ordered these as they were recommended by family members. The first time I had one it had a weird taste. I couldn't stomach having anymore since. The taste is horrible and remains for the rest of the day. Recently I was speaking to my sister about it and she couldn't understand what I was talking about. She showed me the ones she received and they were capsules and not chewable tablets.I had a look at my order and I had also ordered capsules but instead received these horrible inedible tablets. I feel like I have been fobbed off. Really not happy about it. Their not exactly cheap either!

I ordered this by mistake , I wanted the capsules instead but decided to try it to see if it was effective . The dosage was way to weak and it tasted chalky to me . I prefer the capsules with much higher dosage which is great for me .

If you peel back the sticky label on the front the first ingredient is sugar. Thus totally unsuitable for diabetics etc.
