The Best Indiana Jones Game Of All Time
As someone who is a PlayStation-only gamer, I’ve been looking forward to this one coming to the PS5 platform. Especially as a lifelong Uncharted fan. This is the closest thing we have had to an Uncharted game for some time now. As an Indy fan this is a dream come true. It is the best Indy game ever, actually. Yes, better than Emperor’s Tomb, Staff of Kings and Infernal Machine. Indy games have always stood in the shadow of Tomb Raider titles, but no more. Machine Games has proved a point with this outing. A first person Indy game is pretty awesome, especially from the guys who brought us Wolfenstein New Colossus. The trophy list looks pretty fun. The gameplay is enjoyable. The collectibles are spread everywhere across beautifully rendered levels. The story takes place around the time of the 3rd film. Voice acting is perfect. I can’t complain about anything. I’m just so happy and thankful to have an Indiana Jones game in 2025 and I’ll enjoy every second of it.

Great Game. Download Required*
Game is great, better than the recent movies. Play in cinematic view for full effect. What stinks is not having the full game on the disc. For a single player game no reason for it not to be. There will probably be a limited run version in 10 years to look forward to lol

Fun and funny
Great fun and funny video game. I was really looking forward to playing this game and I'm happy that I did. There is still some bugs and glitches, but it wouldn't be a Bethesda game if it didn't.

Beware what you buy !!!
Not good at all !!! I bought the game but your not getting the full game. You need wait forever to download the rest of the game and don't forget the update. I was so mad that I traded off the same day I got in the mail what's the point to get something on disc when you don't get the full package.

A enormous puzzle experience!
Bethesda did it again. A open world marvel. Great sound and graphics. I wish I could have played it on ps5 in the beginning. Worth the wait though…

Overall fun, but with some significant flaws
I was very excited when word that Indiana Jones would be released on the PS5, and I bought it without reading or watching any reviews. I'm a huge Indy fan and love the original trilogy (and still enjoy the last two movies despite the issues). Overall, I found the game fun despite some pretty glaring issues. First of, I would have greatly preferred it to be third-person rather than first-person. I found the jump from first to third-person when climbing and swinging to be annoying. Also, fighting and platforming in first-person is annoying and awkward. Shooting in first-person is fine, but this game really punishes you for going guns blazing, meaning you'll be spending most of your time taking down fascists with your fists or found blunt weapons. Doing that in first-person really limits your peripheral vision. Second, as other people have jokingly commented around the internet, this game is a walking sim. You will be spending inordinate amounts of time simply walking from one area to the next and back again, and then back and forth again, and again, and again... You get the point. It's seriously frustrating. Third, it feels like the developers couldn't quite figure out what kind of game they wanted to make, so they made a mashup without focusing enough on any single aspect. It's not a fighting game by any means, and you will largely be spending time sneaking around various maps chock-full of fascists (who respawn, so you can't really permanently clear out an area). But it's not a stealth game either in the sense that you get none of the usual tools stealth games provide you with. It's a puzzle game with relatively few and pretty bad puzzles. It's a platformer with horrible platforming mechanics. The saving grace is that it's an Indiana Jones game with a good storyline. It's for that reason and that reason alone that I ended up enjoying it. But there were SO MANY times where I got so frustrated by the bad mechanics and glitches that I frequently turned the game off and walked away for a bit.If you are a fan of the Indiana Jones franchise you will probably like this game enough to enjoy your time with it. But compared to other games in the genre - like the Uncharted and Tomb Raider series - this one is at the bottom of my list.

Best Indy game yet with minor issue for me
Great game, but I wish developers, and this is for every game, would give us the choice of playing in 3rd person or first person. What's the point of having different outfits when only get to see them periodically.
