Good laptop!
It isn’t as fast as i expected it would be. It feels like a basic laptop like the 16GB RAM ones. I thought there would be like a significant difference since I got the 1TBpcle but nothing different really. Like turning on/off or opening icons - same same speed. Its still good for me coz im only using it for school. Never tried it for gaming so can’t say anything in regards to that. I’m still glad I got a good working laptop at this price coz everything out in the market is expensive. Good size for what I’m using it for. I wanted a red one but there wasn’t any available for this specific model so i got black. Overall, i’m satisfied.

This computer works well. Screen is bright and clear. Volume works well. Speed of internet is good. I ordered several computers before this one and all had issues. I am happy with my purchase

I can’t plug the computer in!!
Can anyone tell me what this plug in that came with the computer is? I tried multiple times calling the phone number that came with the computer for any help and they don’t answer. Sent an email, no response. So in other words, I can’t use the computer!! Very frustrated!!

Great for BYOD workplaces.
Picked one up for business use. The company I work for has a bring your own device (BYOD) policy, and I needed to upgrade from my 6th gen i5 ASUS laptop because Win11 wasn't supported. Settled on this 8GB and 256NVMe SSD model. It does it's job as far as what I bought it for. I have 459,820 memory modules from broken laptops that I replaced over the years just laying around my workspace, so I upgraded to 16GB RAM. I think that is the highest the N5100 Celeron processor is able to support? I am not 100% sure on that, however.Most of my resourses for work are in OneDrive, so I didn't have the need for 1TB local storage - It looked pretty easy to upgrade if needed down the road when I had it open to upgrade the RAM module. There was only 1 SODIMM slot for RAM that was easily accessible.Overall I'm happy with it considering what I bought it for. It'll do regular daily work related tasks without breaking your bank, but don't expect too much from the N5100 processor.
