Love it — feels like living in the future!!
Setup wasn’t the easiest at first, but once I followed the instructions, it was smooth sailing. Now I can control my lights from bed just by asking Alexa — pure comfort! 😮💨😮💨😮💨The build quality is solid, the app gives me full control, and I love the power metering feature. In Latin America, we rarely get to see our real energy usage, so this has been a big plus. 🙌🏼For the price, the functionality and convenience you get are totally worth it. Definitely recommend! ✅

Functional, but the instructions are insanely tiny — and you need the instructions
I have a lot of Hue bulbs all over the house, but over time things just seem to stop working correctly and I’ve had enough with the complexity of trouble shooting where the issue lies. And in reality, rarely are all of the fancy Hue bulbs capabilities (color temperature and color) being put to use.I had a specific such failure in a bathroom where two fixtures that were physically controlled by a Hue accessory that just covers up the existing traditional toggle switches stopped working correctly. After spending time trying to get the physical switches to work, I decided it was time to give up on Hue here. And rather than another smart bulb or smart switch, I wanted to give one of these relays a try since they can control the two loads.I have other SwitchBot items already, including the Hub 2, so keep in mind that’s my gateway to HomeKit. I’m not sure whether this could connect to that system without having a hub — so please do your homework before relaying on my experience.I’ve installed many light switches over the years, so I didn’t find this to be anything particularly daunting conceptually. I also know that I have a neutral line, so no problem there. That being said, this is not as obvious in installation and usage as are my other switches. And unfortunately the directions that come with the item are comically tiny — both the physical form of the paper and the font used. And then you have the annoyance of having to wade through tons of languages to find your next step. Instead of lumping all the directions together for each language in a single flow, each step has every language together. And then you have to hunt for the next step in your preferred language. Anyway, you can tell I found this annoying. And given this is a bit more of a complex install, you need those instructions.Once I got it set up, it worked fine and I’m happy with it overall. It’s pretty cheap too — particularly if you already have a SwitchBot hub, as I do. It’s also quite small, so I had no trouble getting it to fit behind my small toggle switches in my three gang wall box. If you have a single gang box with a switch with any depth to it, you might find it more complicated. So overall, 5 stars for functionality, but one star lost for the silly instructions format.

Good product and make my life easier
Seriously, I am getting up to flip switches (because I saw many of friends house using Alexa to turn the lights on/off), this thing is a game-changer. Slapped it on my wall switch pretty easy—no electrician, just stick it on and boom, smart lights. Now I’m yelling “Alexa, turn lights off!” from bed like some tech wizard. Works every time, no lag, and the switch flips smoothly without sounding like a robot arm. Way cheaper than buying smart bulbs for every room too.

Works Great After Setup
I recently installed the SwitchBot Smart Relay Switch 2PM, and although the installation process required carefully reading the instructions, it was absolutely worth it. Once set up, it works perfectly and allows me to control lights and other appliances at home remotely. It’s very convenient, especially with Alexa and Google Home support. Great value for the price!

Smart, Compact, and Surprisingly Versatile
I added this smart relay switch to my home setup to control some outdoor lighting and track energy usage, and it’s been working great so far. The installation was pretty straightforward if you're comfortable with basic wiring, and once it’s connected, pairing it with the app was quick. It’s compact enough to fit inside most switch boxes without cramming, which was a nice surprise considering it packs in dual control and power metering. One of the standout features for me is the energy monitoring—it gives detailed feedback through the app, which is super handy for keeping an eye on power consumption. The dual output control is another big plus. I’m currently using it to manage two sets of lights independently, and the responsiveness is excellent. It works seamlessly over both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and the built-in repeater helps boost the overall connection reliability of my smart home setup. It integrates smoothly with Alexa and Google Home, and I had no trouble setting up voice commands. Just keep in mind you’ll need a Matter-compatible hub for full functionality, but if you’re already in that ecosystem, this relay adds a lot of smart control in a compact, affordable package. Great little upgrade if you're looking to automate and monitor lighting or other devices with a bit more precision.

Does what it says but the instruction text is really too tiny
This little unit either operates with 120 to 240 V AC or 24 V DC. I'm not sure what the DC application might be, but for AC, it can act inside a wall switch box and switch two items. The little multilingual operating manual has very tiny print. So tiny that I think everyone will have to use a magnifying glass. Also, I found the wiring diagram to be a little confusing, but eventually worked it out.
