The cryotherapy pads are the most relaxing feature I’ve experienced in an at-home device—cool, soothing, and instantly calming. I genuinely look forward to this part of my routine every evening. I was initially concerned about whether this product might trigger my melasma or hyperpigmentation, but I’m happy to say that after four weeks of use, none of that has occurred. Instead, my skin looks fresher, smoother, and more even-toned, with real improvements in just a month. I will attach a picture. I usually use the better aging mode once a day, but there are days when I just put it on cryotherapy-only mode simply to unwind—it feels like an at-home spa treatment. This mask is so much more than just red light therapy. It’s a complete self-care experience that combines skincare and relaxation in one. If you’re looking for visible results and a way to melt away stress at the same time, this is absolutely worth it!

Love this mask! This LED face mask was great overall, especially the cooling/cryo function. It felt amazing on the skin and noticeably helped reduce puffiness, particularly under my eyes. That feature alone makes this mask stand out from others I’ve tried. I ultimately returned it—not because of performance—but because I decided to invest in a more expensive, FDA-cleared mask instead. That said, this one absolutely did what it claimed, and I was impressed with the results for the price point. I fully plan on repurchasing the Shark mask as a secondary option because the cooling feature is that good. If you’re looking for an effective LED mask with a standout cooling benefit, this is a solid choice.

Really helps with preventing breakouts. It’s pretty heavy and hurts my neck so I have to lay down when I’m doing a treatment. I have been doing three of the treatments, even though you’re only supposed to do one, but I feel like my skin looks more even and clear. It almost looks a little glowy

I gave it 4 stars because for me it works very well. At 72 years old it has helped even out skin tone, diminished pores and helped a little for wrinkles after only 5 weeks of use. That being said, it has one big flaw. I really dislike the cooling eye pads!! Don't like the cold under my eyes. You are able to turn it off which I have done but the under-eye pads are not removable and press on the top of my cheekbone making it very uncomfortable!! Mask is somewhat heavy to begin with making it even worse! Almost sent it back many times but do think it works well so I kept it. Wish they made one without the cooling pads!

I'm absolutely loving this so far, especially love the eye cooling pads. I have a friend that's been using hers for over 6 months and her skin looks great! Excited to see continued results

I gifted myself this Shark and love it. Best part is its only 6 minutes a day. Results are not dramatic but i sm pleased.

When you click purchase “New” item you don’t expect to receive an already opened box with seal broken, product not in plastic and looks to be used, and not even factory rested item, especially when it comes to something that pertains as a treatment for the skin, I was immediately turned off like someone used it then decided it’s not for them then tried put it together and bent the label on the outer box, for something I did research on and having knowledge about skin care being a esthetician since 2006, this was upsetting, if I’m paying $372 for a new product it should feel like Christmas, not like my rich aunts hand-me-downs because she didn’t like the way it made her feel. Completely disappointed with shark and I’m still waiting on my refund!!!
