Love my Zfold case. It is protecting my phone. I have dropped the phone a couple times and the phone is fine! the screen on the front is responsive and it is very clear

Phone case arrived within the estimated time and had a screen protector included. The case fits as advertised. There is room to store a stylus but the one I have is too big. Must be an earlier model S Pen. So far no issues with using any buttons or fingerprint scanner. Only issue so far is when I need to pull up the home buttons at the bottom of the screen. Given the thickness of the frame it makes it difficult to reach the edge of the screen. Update (2025) - I dropped my phone (slipped out of my hand) and it landed on the top corner. The Tongate case did it's job and protected my ZFold 6 from any damage. The impact cause the front screen of the case to crack and the top hinge of the case broke. I contacted Tongate support using their support email address and after providing proof of purchase and a picture of the broken case, they sent me a free replacement. Great warranty service and no issues at all. Keep up the good work guys. I highly recommend the cases this company produces.

I'm new to the folds series so here ya go. Pros, sturdy construction, opens and closes fine. Stays closed when you want it to. Holds your Pen fine. Hinge works well. When open, the hinge is large enough to help a secure grip on the phone. Works on all my wireless chargers including my wireless car charger. Cons, I get a little rainbowing on the front screen, don't notice it unless the screen is off. I was hoping that the magnet would be strong enough to attach to metal objects. It is not. Can't seem to find a wireless car charger that will work with the phone open. Have not tried the mag safe chargers yet but I will update you when I do. The hinge is to big. Keeping it until I find something better.

Case cracked within the first 2 days of use, on the hing for the stand. The 2 tabs for the pen holder, one broke and made the pen slide out easier. After a month of use like that, the 2nd tab started to get weaker and now the pen slid out as I pulled the phone from my pocket, lost in the 10+ inches of snow that has fallen in the area the past week. I really wanted to like the case and waited for a while to make a review, but this was the last straw. I can't in good faith recommend it, even though it had the stand, the magnet, and the pen holder. The 3 things I looked for in a case. I'll keep looking, for the pen, and a new case.

Better than the other cases, my other case kept cracking at the corner

I bought mine at the end of September and hardly ever use the kickstand except occasionally at night while laying down. I don't know if it has something to do with the hinge protector or what but one side cracked first where the kickstand comes flips open at the top where the hinge protector is. I didn't think much of it figured it's plastic sometimes these things happen over time. Then just a week ago the other side didn't crack it completely broke off from the back of the protector. Now the kickstand won't even work. The main reason I bought the z fold 6 was to be able to have a slightly larger screen to look at while resting. Plus considering the cost of the phone I wanted it protected. I will say it is the first time I have ever paid this. Much for a case for a phone. I've always went 20 dollars or less route because ultimately they all break. I take very good care of my phone and my case. It has never been dropped,i do not leave it in the sun, or in cold temperatures. It as if over a 3 month time period the plastic couldn't handle the opening and closing of my phone especially since it works kind of together with the hinge protector when you open the kick stand. Now I will say this I do think it protects my phone well. However, any case half this price would do the same considering I don't drop my phone anyway. A must however for me is that I can charge my phone with a mag safe battery charger, any case must have a kick stand, and also a holster. This case had it all. It's why I am very disappointed to say after just 3 short months it is no longer any good now after spending 80 bucks on it. I don't usally leave reviews of products. The only time I do is when something far exceeds my expectations or in this case I spend what I consider top dollar for a case that has it all only to let me down after 3 short months. I am very disappointed in the product. I just wish I knew if it was bad design or just cheap plastic. I got it at the very end of September when I bought my phone. Last week right after new years it broke completely. If you can find what your looking for in a case for half the price or cheaper don't spend this much for this case. Again I take good care of my products and most of the stuff is seldom used. I do think the hinge protector having to shift and move every time you open your phone up eventually just wore on the plastic the hold the kickstand part in place. That's the only thing I can think of. For the price of this case it should last you a lot longer than 3 months. Maybe I just got a bad one who knows but since I'm back on Amazon looking for a replacement I decided to at least give. My review on this product. Installation was easy. It is kind of bulky as well with the hindge protector where your stylist goes, but that was ok for me because again it had everything I wanted in a cast but long term durability. Buyer beware. I hope if you do purchase you have better luck with yours than I did.

This is the third case I have used on my Z fold 6. The first (Nillkin) proved too fragile, and the lack of customer service for a lot product was unsatisfactory. I have also used a supcase magnetic case which is also very good, but a little too bulky for me and probably most people. The S pen storage left a little too be desired also. This case strikes a very happy medium. It is relatively compact for a case that offers this level of protection. The design is perfect for my purpose. S pen storage (I use S pen a lot at work) is secure and ready to access when the device is already open, a big plus. The kickstand is functional and stable, although I don't use it that much. The magnet sticks well to my car charger and charges without any difficulty on all the accessories that I have. I have had issues with wireless charging with some rugged cases on this and other phones, but not with with this one. It comes with a very sturdy carrying holster if that's a consideration. The phone is held very securely but can be released easily with one hand. Not a major bonus for me, but may interest some. The only possible negative I could mention is that the screen protector is a little too reflective, especially in direct sunlight. It suffered a few minor falls without any visible damage and also a couple of significant ones. No damage to the phone. It also suffered a few major falls and was left with a few scratches. After a very large heart stopping fall the back case cracked closer to the hinge joint. The case itself was still very protective and the only impairment was that the hinge felt a little loose. I reported this to Tongate (having registered the warranty). I received a refund as they could not send me a case directly. Refund arrived the following day and was immediately used to purchase a replacement case. It is worth noting that although I bought the case at a reduced price Tongate gave a refund to the value of the price on that day. I was quite impressed at that gesture. While relatively expensive, this case provides excellent protection and function accompanied by a superior customer service. This reassurance is overall really worth the price. One of the few companies that honour their warranty without trying to nickel and done the consumer. The design may not be to everyone's taste and it's certainly not minimalist, but it is definitely pleasing in my opinion. The colour closely matches the phone (blue) for what that's worth. All in all, great product. I would recommend to anyone using their phones in the workplace or if you have children that are fascinated by your phones.
