Exactly as described. Works great at detecting water. If the water is mixed with other things, (like coolant) it is slow to react though

Easy peasy. Follow instructions to 10 seconds. This is our 1st year living in a 🏠 that heats with fuel oil. Our suppler wanted $30 for similar product! So at this price I will purchase again. And we have no 💦 in 500 gallons!
