Well by now most know about Magnesium Oil and how it helps for pain relief. Certainly works for my shoulder bone spurs, and my torn rotator cuff, and the torn muscle that runs from the neck to the shoulder (can't remember it's name to save my life). But what has bewildered me is the fact that when I bump myself a dark bruise pops up almost immediately....I grabbed this stuff that I made and spritz it on the Purple spot....and the next day it's almost gone. If I do it right away. IF I wait then it takes longer for the purple spot to go away. And being diligent to spray it on a couple times a day is also a key factor. So Magnesium Oil simple to make, inexpensive, works on pain and bruising at least for me it does. I carry a small spray bottle in my purse so I have it all the time, one in the kitchen, one in my bathroom. Yes I do love this stuff because it works. Making the "oil" is crazy simple. Now Foods has this great Magnesium Flakes that dissolve quickly in the boiling water. Just use a sterilized clean glass jar....like a canning jar that will take the boiling water and not crack. I made up 1- 1/2 cups boiling water, 1 -1/2 cups Magnesium Flakes. I didn't pack down the magnesium flakes like you do with brown sugar, it's not necessary. Pour the boiling water into the Glass Jar then pour in the flakes stir it and let it set til dissolved. Stir again a couple times then when cooled to room temp, pour into a spray bottle. Done.

I made magnesium oil spray with this product. The bag will last me a long time because it's quite large. Highly recommended!

If you do not follow the directions it is really strong!!!
