Excellent product at a reasonable price. After learning that calcium carbonate and calcium citrate are very difficult for the body to absorb and can negatively effect your digestive processes, I did some research and decided to try this brand which contains calcium from red algae and includes the extras that will increase absorption. Of course, I will not know how effective it is until I go for my next bone density test. However, after using this for only a week at 1/2 the recommended dosage, I have notice the nagging neck pain that I have had from the osteoporosis in my neck has disappeared. I also no longer have problems with gas or constipation. I am amazed and thrilled with the supplement.

One of the few products that also includes D3,K2 and magnesium which aid in absorption and delivery to bones. Also does not overdose the calcium amount or D3 amount.

My bone scan did not get any better after using this supplement for two years. I would have expected some improvement. Also the package was delivered with the top cut completely off the package or the package was prepared with no top. Luckily the bottle was not damaged despite having no top on the envelope.

Love this calcium bone formula. It has everything in it you need for calcium absorption. The bonus is it's plant based so there's no stomach upset or constipation! Costs a little more straight calcium, but if you're looking for a complete bone health supplement where you don't have to purchase vitamin k2 or boron, this ends up a great deal and less pills to take. These are the normal large size of calcium pills but aren't chalky so if you drink water before taking them as well as with them they go down pretty easy.

The bottle label is different, but they have the same ingredients. I wish I had been told about the label change. I almost returned them.
