This is a great little exercise option and has been a great addition so far. A couple of things to know about this elliptical are 1) you will need batteries for the remote control and 2) the power cord is short! It might not work for where you want to use it without an extension cord or without moving things around. This is annoying but not a deal breaker. Otherwise, it is easy to move around and seems to be quite sturdy. If you do not exercise a lot, I think you will want to build up to it. I ran it for 30 minutes the first time and I could feel the effects the next day (not bad) and I walk 2 miles every other day. The ability to use programs that automatically reverse the direction is good too.

Perfect for anyone that cannot get up & walk. There are many speeds to keep the circulation in your legs moving.
