The product is very good. I use it for my apartment complex as well as for independent home of my parents. This time, I received only one bottle instead of two bottles in the pack. This is the only issue. Hopefully Amazon will resolve. I have been using this product regularly forcthe past two years. All household must use this to have clean and safe water.
