Q: Picture says kalbi, description says bulgogi. there is a distinct difference and this brand offers both. which one is being sold and delivered?

The picture I see is Korean BBQ sauce and underneath it says Bulgogi sauce and it is delicious (I don't know what "kalbi" is!)

Q: Is the date on the top of the jar the expiration date because mine was over 1 year old already?

I just checked my bottle and there is no date on the top of the jar but the expiration date is at the bottom of the ingredients label.

Q: Is this sauce gluten free?

In the list of ingredients it has wheat, so….I think that would make it have gluten, yes?

Q: I don’t mind a little heat but have a 96 yr old mom. Is it super spicy?

I also don’t do spicy and have found this to NOT be spicy. I always taste a little before adding the raw meat and if needed you could add a little water or a bit of sugar. Hope this answers you and you enjoy!
