I have waited for a while to post a review because I wanted to make sure this speaker lasted unlike others I have ordered. Since I have had such bad luck with mini speakers I did a fair amount of research. I was torn between this one and JBL, come to find out they are basically the same. James B. Lansing (aka JBL) owned Lansing Manufacturing that was acquired by Altec and became Altec Lansing. When he left Altec he formed JBL. Viola! Very good product, very good price. I have had no problems with it at all. Most importantly for me, the battery lasts while I'm at work. I've received a lot of positive comments on the sound quality as well.

I played with this product in the mall. They were selling it at $35 on discount. Amazon it's 25-29$. I turned it up as loud as it goes and my friend heard it across the store! It's definitely going to be my workout, camping, beach and instant addition to any hangout little buddy. It's so small and packs a punch for sound. I've had a handful of portable speakers from 15$-250$ this is by far my favorite, slips right into my purse or pocket. I'm excited not to be paranoid about it getting damaged like I would with the others. Those who like tunes wherever they may go and want a little more than a phone in a bowl, this little guy is perfect!

This is a GREAT small speaker. The only negative is : "Power ON, Power OFF" is so loud! I just want to let you before you buy. The sound is fantastic and has paired easily with everything I have tried it with! Here is the update as of December 2018, the speaker shuts off by itself, disconnects and says to me out of power while it is plugged in. So now it is NOT a great speaker. It no longer works and is a door stop.

I've tried a lot of mini Bluetooth speakers and this is by far the best. Sound, size, and portability are great. I slip my iPod in my pocket and clip the speaker to a belt loop and go about my business. And it works great in the shower. the volume controls work well.

I had this product less than a year and unfortunately this item stopped working. The sound goes in and out, the quality of the sound decease, and it recently stopped charging,
