I'm a huge red light therapy fan, and having one in my home has been on my list for a while. So when I found this clinical-grade at-home device on Amazon I ordered it almost immediately. The day it arrived I had it out of the box and was under in less than 10 minutes after arriving home. This red light therapy device is easy to assemble, has a heavy-duty stand, and the pad on the bottom helps protect floors from scratches. I love that the red light therapy device has bright red LED lights and is very lightweight. Although it is sturdy and lightweight at the same time, you know you are buying quality and portability. I think my favorite feature is that it has a flexible neck that allows you to easily direct the light where you are wanting treatment. It has an instruction manual and a card that you can scan for a 2 year warranty. If you don't want to scan, there is an email address you can email as well. Red light therapy is soothing and can provide cell renewal as well as reduce inflammation. I can attest that red light therapy works effectively with regular use. I even feel like I have more energy after a red light therapy session. But as with anything, please consult your doctor to make sure it's right for you. My only complaint would be that it doesn't have different levels like other brands, but it's not a deal breaker, just something I felt like it was worth mentioning.

It is really easy to set up- I didn’t even need to reference the Instructions, it was not confusing at all. It took about 5 minutes to put together. You plug the device into the wall and it has a handy on off switch on the cord. I have new floor tiles, so I really appreciate the foam underlayment that came to put under the metal base so it doesn’t scratch the floor. Sunglasses come in the package as well to wear when you do a treatment. Overall I really like the panel. It’s so much easier to use compared to the face mask versions.
