I've had this camera for about two weeks, and I love it! I live in an apartment with a foyer, and I've been thinking of getting a camera to keep an eye on my Amazon deliveries for awhile. (Check the rules in your state and lease.) I haven't been the victim of porch pirates, but with Christmas coming up, you never know. The camera is roughly the size of a ping pong ball and is seriously easy to use. I charged it up, downloaded the app, connected to my phone and wifi, and mounted it outside of my door within minutes. Easy peasy! Sometimes apps for items like this are confusing and don't have all the features you'd like. This app is extensive and provides so many ways of customizing it. I got a 128 GB memory card, but I got one month of cloud storage as well to see if I like it. It is easy to access, and I've had no problems with it. If someone decided to steal the camera, I would need the video to identify them, making cloud storage vital. The cloud storage is cheaper than having a package stolen, so I will renew it for a year for this reason. (In Dec 2025, one year of cloud storage is $22 (keeps the last 7 days) or $39 (keeps the last 30 days.) The connection has never dropped, to my knowledge. If I watch live and open my door, there is about a one second lag between the activity and the image on my phone. This isn't a problem, and I imagine most cameras do the same thing. The picture is extremely clear, even with night vision. I set it up to alert me when it senses movement, and you can choose to record for 5 sec, 10 sec, 20 sec, 30 sec, or continuously. High motion sensitivity is indeed high because the camera has been triggered occasionally on sunny days when a shadow from a delivery truck crosses the foyer! There also settings for medium and low sensitivity. As for the battery, it holds a charge amazingly. In two weeks, I still have 2/3 of the battery charge, and that is with the camera triggering 20+ times a day, and with some longer recordings of several minutes at a time. Now, story time! This camera has been useful in a very unexpected way. There are only four units in my building, but the new couple who moved in upstairs is a mess. They have been arguing, yelling, and banging things multiple times a day, even during the quiet hours indicated in the lease. My neighbor across the hall from them said his wife called him at work about it and said their kids were scared. We both emailed the manager about it each time it happened. (Seriously, I don't know how two people can argue so much and not split up.) The manager assured us that she spoke with the tenants after each report. The tenants apparently told the manager four times that there was no problem at home and that they would be mindful of the noise. Which they weren't. I wanted to have a recording of what was happening so the severity would be clear, and it wouldn't seem like I was being oversensitive. I tried using my phone, but the noise canceling blocked the yelling as background noise. However, I was able to use the camera to record the sound because it echoed into the foyer. I easily downloaded it and shared it with the manager who agreed my prior descriptions were spot on. I'm so glad I could send evidence of the disturbance because I realize apartment living comes with unavoidable noise, and I wanted the manager to be confident that the disturbance was extreme. Blessedly, we have been able to sleep undisturbed the last few nights instead of being startled awake by yelling, stomping and door slamming. The daytime disturbances still occur once or twice, but for a shorter duration. I don't hear the man arguing back, and often I can see that the man just leaves the apartment.

Great little camera! The 4K video quality is very clear, even at night. Easy to set up with WiFi and remote viewing works smoothly. Motion alerts are accurate, and the long battery life is a big plus — no constant charging needed. Compact, discreet, and reliable for home security or monitoring kids/pets. Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased the Security Camera to keep an eye on my basaement while I was gone on vacation. It was easy to setup with very clear directions. The whole time on vacation I never had to worry about my home, I could see it when ever I wanted! It allows for a large sd card or the cloud for recordings. The quality is outstanding 4K HD with Night Vision, everything you need. Connected through wifi the system is secure and very dependable. I will be purchasing more of these for other areas of my home for my next vacation. They are durable and has all of the nice features of top end cameras. Cannot get this product working. First step is to register your email account to UBox. This does not work. According to instructions I should receive and email to finish my registration. Never get an email. Next screen is to add your password and select a verification code. Cannot get past the verification code. Support from UBox is from China and they are on vacation for China's National Day the runs from Oct. 1 - 8. Finally got ahold of javiscam.com support and got past this issue. That why they only get 4 stars. Instructions and support was bad, but product is great.

I've bought 5 of these cameras, 3 of the older version & 2 of this upgraded version. Of the older version cameras, only one still functions as the charging port on 2 have simply gotten to loose for the cable. I don't know how else to describe it, but they will no longer take a charge. I threw the first one away, but have kept the other. The green charge indicator lights up, but it no longer accepts a charge. Of the 2 upgraded cameras, their motion detection can be sporadic at times and motion images aren't very clear unless the target is within 5 or 6 feet of the camera. Night vision is as good as can be expected, and so far I have had no issues with the charging ports on these. I want to order two to replace the damaged pair, but I'm worried that the past issues will make it a waste of $. A 40% fail rate is NOT good.

Great little camera! Easy to get going, great clarity night & day, have been using it constantly for a few weeks now, and it's still on it's first charge! Started out by velcro-ing it to our Roomba and got the robot-eye view while doing a night's worth of floor & carpet cleaning, pretty cool! Right now we have it showing our dog rest stop at the end of our driveway. We keep it full of treats and have a bowl of water for all the pooches who come by while taking their humans for walkies at the park, and now we can watch all their antics all day long, great fun! Thanks so much for a well-made product that actually lives up to the advertising, and at a very reasonable price, also!
