Absolutely love this keyboard! I ordered this because my previous keyboard that I’d had for 3 years was at the end of its life. This was actually the second keyboard I ordered, as the first I returned because it wasn’t very elevated, mostly just a split keyboard. This keyboard has *both*, which is key for my ergonomics and pain reduction in my hands, arms, and elbows. I’m not a fan of Bluetooth for my mouse or keyboards, so I’m not using that option and don’t have feedback on those. I’m using the USB option, and as of week 2, have had no issues with it. The keys are soft and a little squishy. They are super quiet, and make hardly any sound. A stark difference from the “gunshot” sound my wife reports of my previous keyboard. 😅 The wrist support is also soft, which I really appreciate. My previous keyboard’s was hard, and I didn’t realize how much that irritated my hands/wrists until getting this one. I am not using the mouse, as it’s not terrible “ergonomic.” It’s basically a regular mouse with a *slight* angle to the back right side, and a thumb slot (attached pictures of this mouse w/side by side of true ergonomic mouse for reference). It’s more shaped like a gaming mouse, rather than a true ergonomic mouse. With that, I’m sticking with the ergonomic mouse I had previously. It is one USB connection for both the keyboard, and mouse, but I’m not sure on connectivity or any issues there since I’m not using the mouse. The cost of this duo was cheaper than most of the others I looked at, and it’s honestly better than the 2 more expensive keyboards I’ve had. I would buy this one over the other any day. I also love having multiple color options, and opted for the lovely purple. 10/10 recommend the keyboard if you have wrist/hand/forearm/elbow pain from being at the computer all day!

This keyboard is exactly what I was looking for. I type all day for work and started experiencing tingling and pain shooting up my arms. Not after I purchased this keyboard and mouse set. The keyboard is the perfect curve and the mouse is naturally comfortable. It does take some time getting used to typing on these keyboards, but once you do you will never want to go back. My pain and tingling stopped. The battery life seems to last long. I haven't experienced the mouse nor the keyboard dying, but have went 2 full work days, maybe 3 without a charge. The color was beautiful and I get many compliments with is a nice plus to add.

I am getting used to the ergonomic keyboard, but the wrist pad makes it very comfortable to type. I work from home and I am on the computer about 10 hours a day. This keyboard and mouse are comfortable to use, easy to connect Mouse has buttons on the side, which I hit accidentally and they act like the back arrow, again , I think it’s a detail to become adjusted to.

I really like this product. It did take some getting used to though. The angles are different, and it takes more pressure to type than I'm used to. It has helped with my wrists and is comfortable. The color is simple, which is great for me. It is a bit more on the expensive side, but I have found that it works really well. The battery lasts awhile as well.

Bought this in June (5 months) and have been having to have it continually plugged in because the keyboard no longer holds a charge. so lasted about 5.5 months. the Keyboard was quiet for a couple months but now is just as loud as my old one, and I sometimes have to turn it off and then on to make the keys work. The mouse so far is doing ok holding a charge and works fine.

I'm in love with my keyboard. It connects both ways USB and Bluetooth which I love because you can use them separately if interested. It's silent !!!!!! Best part ! The hand foam memory is amazing! My hands stop hurting from my old keyboard so that's a mega plus. Functionality is a plus in this keyboard because it has so many features to it that a regular keyboard doesn't have! I totally worth my money!

This is the worst keyboard I have owned, Keys are ridiculously sluggish. Writing is a damned experience, as you try to push the mud-ladden unresponsive entry-duplicator auto gibberish generating human interface. Keys are too high for comfort. It may work for small hands. Do not use it for serious typing unless you have some kind of mental problem. Otherwise, you should check for a group intervention. If you buy it for work, as I did, please make sure that you let your coworkers know before you start cursing. A license from HR might do wonders. Fortunately, the backspace key allows you to erase your duplicated letters at an impressive speed… seems like you are writing 200 WPM, when really you are erasing 200 letters per second. Connectivity is good though, so you can make mistakes at three different equipment and summon the devil in any device that you please. Ah… it has a mouse.
