My teeth feel very smooth the morning after brushing. Subjectively a little more so than when using the M plus version. Can’t say anything about the long term impact on dental caries. My gums look and feel healthy. My teeth look whiter, though I cannot quantify that particular effect. I have zero tooth sensitivity. The taste is not overpoweringly minty as is the case with several store bought products and It foams well. The manufacturer reportedly bought the patent from NASA and has been producing it since 1985. As such I feel comfortable that all the discussions one sees about the optimum particle size, shape, concentration … have stood the test of time. A check with chat GPT confirms that the brand is highly recognized amongst Japanese consumers. The Premio version has won several accolades in Japan.

I have used a number of nano-hydroxyapatite toothpastes in the last couple of years. This is the one that I will be getting from here on out. Both of my kids used it while on a trip and have also asked me to switch them over to APagard premio which is a very high compliment to the product. What I loved is that is has a 10% nano-hydroxyapitite for tooth health and cavity prevention. The next thing I loved was the more mild taste of the toothpaste. It is a lighter mint taste. It also almost lathers into a foam and I feel like it is getting a better cleaning of my teeth. The only drawback I could see is that it changes my taste of drinks and food for a while after use but most products do that.

Could not ask for better results from this amazing toothpaste. Apagard has changed my life considerably. I do not notice any lingering aftertaste like I do with crest, sensodyne, or Colgate. The whitening affects are immediate and lasting. I can feel my teeth getting cleaner and healthier. My breath has been so fresh since switching to this toothpaste and the gentle foaming action is great. I feel like this tube lasts long enough to be a good value for the price.

I brush at least 5x/day, so I'm super picky about toothpaste. This Apagard Premio wins the gold star for all nano hydroxyapatite toothpastes. It actually remineralizes teeth in two ways: the transparent edge of my front tooth became opaque white again and the sensitive spot that seemed susceptible to cavities seemed to seal up. Unlike others, this nano hydroxyapatite toothpaste leaves my mouth feeling clean. I brush my teeth a lot, so I use just a little of this before bedtime (don't rinse after) and drugstore toothpaste during the day. A tube lasts 9 months this way, and so the high price is acceptable. Highly recommend!

After dentist recommendations, I added this into my regular routine with a round head electric brush. Feels cleaner and definitely lessened the adherence of mineral deposits behind my front teeth in a crowded mouth. Saves time and money on deep cleaning. Fresh not soapy taste. Lasts for a long time if used every third day. I’ll be a repeat buyer.

Wish I'd have know about this product 5 years ago, would have saved me a lot of time at the dentist pushing fluoride heavy paste. Got rid of lots of my sensitivity while also whitening

I read a lot of reviews for this toothpaste and I’m not impressed with my purchase. I can’t say that I’ve noticed any improvement and sodium laurel sulfate is high in the ingredient list which I found out really causes canker sores for me, so I would not recommend.

I have the most sensitive teeth ever. I used other toothpastes for it and never felt like they were working, but this toothpaste is my absolute favorite. I can finally drink iced drinks and eat cold foods without tooth pain, and it leaves my teeth whiter and cleaner. I have gotten my husband and parents hooked on it, too. Look up studies about the Japanese toothpaste if you want to see the science behind it. That is how I originally heard of this brand and have been loving it ever since. The taste is just a milder mint flavor. The tube is a bit smaller, and it's pretty expensive, but it's absolutely worth it
