Good quality tea. Helps with mucus in the lungs. Not the best flavor so maybe mix with another tea or add some sugar or honey, but this tea is for holistic healing not taste.

This really helps clear your lungs and bring up any mucus you might have. Easy to follow steps, and taste great. Not so strong of a taste. The quality of the product is great. Supper effective and organic tea.

Comes in (small fiber bags for brewing), smells like an herb, and only one bag per pot of tea. Can be added to flavored teas as this tea has no distinct flavor. Bought to help with congestion and seems to help with congestion over time, but only one cup at a time.

Love this tea. I have horrible allergies that cause drainage and headaches. I drink a cup every morning and evening. Since I started drinking it, I don’t wake up with drainage or a headache! Will keep this as a staple in my kitchen.
