I’m recovering from a total knee replacement. My muscles are super tight because at 3 weeks post-op I still can’t straighten my leg all the way. I’m particularly loving the metal fascia tool. It’s easy to use due to the handle, and helping to break up the muscle knots, as well as increase blood flow to my leg and flush out all of this inflammation. I highly recommend this set—it’s well made and really helps with bound up fascia.

I start using the small one on my face, neck and chest Every other day and my double chin is decreasing It's not painful and easy to grab. The big one is also easy to hold while I massage arms and legs Feels awesome with someone massage my back I recommend it

I have to say i dont use the little metal one much, but I love using the bigger one on my legs and hips when they are sore, I feel it quickly gets the blood circulating in that area and relieves my achey old lady legs and sore hips.

I’m very happy with this set! The metal one has a great weight. The white one is very versatile. It’s similar to a well known fascia tool. It is small enough to work on my hands and big enough to use on my back, arms and legs. The price and quality are also incredible!
