I normally make the boxed powdered stuff, and I’ve also had the cups with the powdered cheese years ago, and those taste great, but for some reason these taste bitter? Salty and bitter? At first, I thought maybe it’s the starch that’s causing the bitterness? So the second time I tried it, I rinsed out the starch and still, I taste the awful bitterness. It has to be sauce…Does anyone else taste the bitterness? I’m sticking to the powdered stuff.

I always add a pad of butter and an extra slice of cheese and fill with milk to make this a great lunch on its own!

These are good but we like the original thin cheese sauce better these have a soft cheese packet you squeeze on instead of the powder. I guess it should be better but we like the cheap stuff more lol
