These microfiber towels are great for drying a car or SUV.I use these to dry my GMC Yukon after I get it washed at the automatic car wash.The towels drink up water, and leaves a streak free shine on my truck.The secret to microfiber towel use is, to first of all, wash the towels indish washing liquid and hot water. This process removes some of the tackyfeeling from the towels. Rinse them out in cold water, and do not use fabric softener at all.Let the towels hang and drip dry, and you will have a perfect towel for dryingyour car, and also they work great for removing wax and polish when you're detailing your car. If you have a dark color car or SUV, you will love these towels because, they leave no streaks, and no lint behind, just a great shine.They are also large enough so that you can turn the towel for more use before having to ring them out.I would not use them to dry my body with because I prefer using thick cotton towels for that, but for my SUV, these towels work great, and takes less work when drying or removing wax from my truck. I bought these towels because they were the same size as the ones I have been using and because the description was very positive. When they arrived I immediately felt a rubbery coating on the surface of the cloth that made it hard to move along my hands. Washing them did not help. They still stick to the first spot of skin they touch and make it hard to wipe my hands or face. I have asked for a refund.
