This product makes taking shilajit easy! Tastes like honey, you do get that slight plasticy shilajit flavor- but the honey really hides it. I just throw it in my mouth and wash it down with my morning latte. Easy peasy.

Shilajit is phenomenal. I will tell you that you definitely shouldn't take it after dinner unless you want to be up all night though. 4 stars instead of 5 because when I received it it was very crystallized which does not affect the functionality but it's very off putting. I will continue to use this daily because I have noticed a major difference in my energy and health after 2 and a half weeks.Title reflects that honey often crystallizes during major temp fluctuations or extended storage.

this product is like crystallized sugar, it really taste and looks like molasses.I will unfortunately have discard this productMolasses is the after taste that leave in your mouth and quite frankly it doesn't work, I used for 3 days before going to gym and didn't do nothing for me. So I ordered some before from Tiktok, and it was the original flavor. Came in the form of liquid honey, so it was alright, but tasted bad. This order of Carmel flavor is gritty and tastes decent. I know this stuff helps with energy, so it is effective, but why did it come in gritty like it sat for months before getting to me? Disappointed. Smell is good, size is alright, and the cost was not exactly what I would normally spend, but it does work so it is worth.
