Absolutely delicious. A quick 30-60 seconds soak in warm water and then use for whatever you want. You can also soak then slice with a knife or cut with scissors about 10 sheets (1 serving) and use them as noodles too. They are great in salads, fry them up like quesadillas, roll them up as lettuce wraps, make dim sum. This is very versatile product. These have a really great chewy texture. They are strong and resistant to tearing. I've tried a lot of others that rip and tear constantly. These don't do that. It's always so frustrating especially because it makes them ugly, still very tasty, but ugly. I do a lot of catering. When I'm serving food for guests, presentation is everything. I highly recommend them. This is definitely a subscribe & save item for me. I absolutely love them. I made some Rice paper gimbap lettuce wraps w sticky rice, shredded chicken, grated carrots, leaf lettuce & green onions served w a spicy crunchy savory sweet & nutty peanut butter gochujang lao gan ma chili crisp dipping sauce.😋 This sauce tastes great if you cut them up and use them as noodles as well. Give them a try you'll love it. I have included my sauce recipe below for those interested. Bon Appetit! Heat 3 Tbls vegetable oil over medium heat. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl with garlic on top. Dump heated oil on top and stir stir stir. Serve immediately. 2 Tbls chopped green onions 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp rice vinegar 1 tsp toasted sesame oil 1/4 tsp MSG 1 Tbls gochujang 3 Tbls sugar 1 Tbls sesame seeds 1 Tbls oyster sauce 1 Tbls soy sauce 1 Tbls Lao Gan Ma chili crisp 1 Tbls peanut butter

Bought this so my girls could make legit spring rolls, but apparently we’ve entered the chaos era of cuisine — because now they just use these rice papers to wrap the most unholy combinations imaginable. One rolled up Takis. Another made a hot dog ramen wrap. At this point, I think they’re just excited they can shove food in their face holes without dirtying a dish they’ll be asked to wash later. That said — these wrappers are solid. Not the paper-thin disintegrators like some brands. Quick soak, pliable without tearing, and easy to roll. If you're actually using them for fresh rolls or fried wraps, they hold up great. Gluten-free, no weird taste, and plenty of sheets in the pack for whatever level of culinary ambition (or chaos) your household supports. 5 stars for the product. -2 stars for whatever cursed burrito my kid just invented.
