So far a great tool. The velcro is super strong. Curious how long it last. I wish the set came with and actual straight handle grip instead of a nylon loop handle. Good thing I already had one so I use it. It's a lot better to hold on to after having it pulled for so many sessions when training with the athlete. Over all the material seems to be good quality. The cones are similar to what I already had so I just added them to the bunch.

I couldn’t express my satisfaction regarding this tension band in a better way, this product is truly great and of high quality. Just about half of all of my workouts are done at the park. I tie this up around a tree, and do all of my tension band stationary sprints and hip thrusts like that. No marks around the waist and no misplaced motion. All of my movements are distributed evenly since the belt’s ring moves around the belt making all motions even. I also put a kettlebell attached to the band while wearing the belt, I then run dragging the kettlebell. The elastic band is strong and the belt is strong as well, nothing snaps. I drag that kettlebell on the dirt as I run and it’s all good. This was one of my best purchases in Amazon.

i bought this for my son, who is 6 and uses it for his workout. The waist is too big, I wish they could be more adjustable for users with super small waist, but other than that I like the bag and variety included in this set. The band is sturdy and perfect for conditioning. the cones are very light and move with the slightest breeze. good for indoor use maybe.

We use this for swim endurance training. The belt is comfortable with a neoprene layer that does not slip and chaff. Works incredibly well and well made. Also useful to test swimming power and forward thrust. Stronger swimmers will be able to maintain a greater distance from the wall. It gives a visual to how much effort the individual is exerting.

I bought this to help my daughter prepare for track. It ultimately worked but it was difficult to figure out how to belt it around a second person for resistance.
