I bought this bag to use with my vintage Ibanez Johnny Smith 17" archtop. It is not easy to find a gig bag for a large archtop with the volume tone controls on the pickguard which give it a bit more depth. Case fit very well once i removed the extra bottom cushion. The case is rugged, provides excellent protection, is comfortable to use, and travels well. I highly recommend it based on my experience.

This bass guiatr case is the best case I have ever owned. I have several basses and two of these cases. I love the protection that it gives to my babies...when I am on tour in a bus, car or flying this case provides security and protection with my mind at ease about my basses. LOVE IT

I use this case every week. I don't drive so this enables me to ride my bike to my weekly gig. I've taken my 6 string acoustic, my 12 string acoustic and my electric guitar in this case and they each fit just fine. The case has room for my portable guitar stand, my notebook plus Capo, tuner, picks, etc. Very well made, sturdy and well padded. Highly recommend.

I’ve had this for a few months of gigging and traveling. My bass is super secure and the case is so sturdy, I’m not worried at all. It’s well designed with many pockets and features. You can tell they put a lot of thought into this case. My only gripe is it doesn’t stand on its edge. You have to lean it against something.

PEACE OF MIND. I have been traveling with a Mono Vertigo since 2015. Points to Monos for making such a reliable bag, but also I only ever travelled with my guitar as a carry-on. Recently I needed to check in my guitar for the first time ever. After watching many video reviews on youtube, I decided to give Gator a chance. The bag is perfect in every way. Light weight, zippers are smooth, and ample storage pockets. It does what is says, and protects your guitar just like a hard shell case would, minus the bulk and weight of one. The shoulder straps tuck away making it easy to check in. 10/10 would recommend. I'd get it in every color if it were practical for me!

This case is built like a tank. Looks good and is made of sturdy materials. I was looking for a case for my custom made P bass- 35” scale with 24 frets and 49” long overall, and it fits perfectly in there. With the pad at the bottom removed, you could probably get a 50” bass in there. Would recommend.

My guitars slide around in the case so I have to stuff a strap in there to stop the movement. For the price, they could have included some generic, Velcro spacers or something to adjust for different instruments given this is a generic case. It does come with a rain cover, as if I’ll be hiking with a gig bag through the rain. Weird priorities. The pouch next to the headstock is nice. I carry picks, slides, and pencils. Easy to access and secure during travel. The main pouch is sized for standard notation but is too thin to carry a binder or tablet unless otherwise completely empty. It is nice for a multitool, spare tuners, spare strap, and small things like that. The case looks nice and hasn’t shown any signs of wear even though I toss it in my car regularly. I wanted a hard case with backpack straps. Those don’t seem to exist. I ended up with a durable bag that does what I need if treated correctly. Looks like it will last many years so I’ll get my value out of it eventually.

Very sturdy, semi rigid to protect from being crushed unlike previous only foam styles. tneck support is helpful but wish the velcro strip could be longer to adjust to different length guitars. I was forced to check it in luggage and get at bag claim on Frontier airlines. Guitar and bag arrived safely no damage during multiple stopovers. holds most Gibson LP or Strat style guitars. coles with a rain cover which is handy. Cons: very heavy! Heavier than another brand 2 guitar bag. left rub marks on my shoulders. It *needs* a waist strap like backpackers framed bags have or wheels! Outer pocket is small and doesnt hold much, barely even an iPad, unlike other gator cases like "Gator Transit" or "pro go". this bag replaces a hard case in size, weight, and purpose for air travel or gear all thrown in a truck..not for causal car transport between gigs or lessons

Gator Cases sind einfach robust und gefühlt „Koffer“. Dieses (Koffer-)Case ist wunderschön, unkaputtbar, durchdacht (z. B. mit verstecktem Regenschutz), tropfsicheren Reissverschlussnähten, viel Stauraum innen und in den Taschen, hochwertigste Verarbeitung, sehr guter gepaddeter Handgriff zum Tragen, verdeckbare Schulter-Tragegurte (Rucksack) und am allerwichtigsten: Das Instrument bettet sich geradezu darin, stabilisiert durch die stabile Halsauflage samt breiter Klett-Fixierung. Nicht zu unterschätzen sind das Gewicht und der Formfaktor, aber wer sein wertvolles Instrument sicher transportieren und aufbewahren will, hat hier eine tolle Lösung.

Gillar verkligen den här gigbagen. Känns som att den är lika säker som ett hardcase. Har andra Gator gigbags från både ProGo- och Transit-serierna. Och om man jämför så är ICON-serien lite klumpigare än de andra två, men känns helt klart mest tåligt. ICON-väskan har många smarta fack och på den fronten är den lika bra som ProGo. Kommer köpa en att använda för mina elgitarrer också.

Muy buena opción para los que buscan una buena funda para bajos de escala corta. Mi Mustang JMJ encaja perfectamente.

20年程使ってきたincaseのTour Bagからの買い替えでした。 全体的なパッドの厚みや造りに関しては合格ですが、 残念だった点は、ネックサポートを変えられる範囲が狭く、最適な位置に取り付けるのが無理だった事。 角度付きのヘッドなら良いと思いますが、いわゆるフェンダータイプのヘッドは表面から力がかかった場合、破損する可能性があります。 また、ポケット内のQRコードからユーザー登録出来るのが米国外からは出来ませんでした。 改めてincaseの造りの良さを認識させられました。
