Apple iPhone 15 Plus, 512GB, Pink - Verizon (Renewed)

After getting a bad refurbished product prior I was hesitant to purchase another. This seller had excellent reviews and a great price so I took the chance. I couldn’t be happier. The phone is in pristine condition with 100% battery health. I was expecting the typical apple purchase of just the phone and a charger but this seller went above and beyond. The box came with the phone, a charger, a charger box, a screen protector for the device, and a pop socket. They also included a pamphlet on warranty and customer service information if it was needed. This seller truly hits all the marks I would expect. I will be purchasing more devices from them in the near future.

Like the title says overall it turned out great but there were a couple of hiccups. The first phone I received was defective. There was an issue with the volume up button I’m guessing getting stuck because the volume on the phone would constantly turn all the way up and just flash 24/7. I reached out to the seller and they admitted it should have been caught during testing and offered either a replacement or a refund. I opted for a replacement as long as they could have it to me by March 16th. I returned the original phone on a Friday and it was delivered by Monday. I received the replacement on Wednesday which was a fantastic turn around time in my opinion. Less than a week. I ran into issues when I was setting up the replacement phone because it was requiring a software update that would just not update. It was a constant cycle of hitting “install now” then the wheels would start spinning and stop and prompt the “install now” again. At this point I was dead in the water because my phone number was already transferred and I couldn’t get past the software update. (And no internet was not the issue) We took the phone to Verizon where they completely wiped it and started from scratch and finally got it working properly! The phone itself is practically brand new. It looks amazing, sound quality is fantastic, no scratches, 100% battery capacity. So after some trials I did finally get an amazing like new working phone!

This phone worked for a couple weeks and then was shut off. When I contacted AT&T, they explained that this was a stolen phone. I then contacted the company. Which they did allow me to return it but I had to wait. They had to get the phone back in their possession and then it still took like a five or 10 days for me to receive my 500 and something dollars back. It was completely a hassle in pain in the butt. The phone was great quality. It was a good price. The phone’s condition was immaculate at first. It worked perfect well no scratches but it was stolen so it was no good.

I’ll start by saying customer service 10/10!! The phone has no scratches, I’ve been using for 2 days and has been functioning good (besides me having to learn it). Only thing I will change is the battery. The battery came with 87 which still isn’t bad. Speakers are very loud and my Face ID finally works!!! Overall. . . Would purchase again and will be recommending. Thanks to Albert for being so helpful!!

I am EXTREMELY happy with the iPhone 15 plus I purchased! It was received in brand new condition. It has far exceeded my expectations!

It wouldn’t wireless transfer well I had to manually do it but besides that its a great phone.
