Review: Everyone is different, here is my experience. Have taken 1 capsule daily in mornings for over a week. Reason for taking: Although not yet proven, I thought it probably would not hurt and may help offset the anticholinergic effects of allergy meds I have taken for years. The main thing I noticed and did not expect was my energy levels & mental focus are both greatly improved, but the flip side is I have been having difficulty getting to sleep and my deep sleep cycle has been reduced dramatically, I am also sleeping much less than usual. My daytime energy has still been ok though, but after a week on this stuff the lack of sleep is getting to me. I have energy, but getting tired from the lack of sleep. It is hard to explain. To be fair, my husband has been coughing a lot through the night with a cold, but I normally can sleep through some noise, and (more significantly) I am still waking up even when he is quiet & my mind just goes nonstop. My conclusion is that this stuff is too stimulating for me. I stopped taking today and energy dropped like a rock and now I am fighting taking a nap. I need to see if I sleep better tonight. If I am correct & after stopping these I can catch up on sleep then I may try a 1/2 capsule daily, or maybe every other day or so. Overall I think it is a good and probably effective product (I mean how do we really know what it is doing to our brains!?) I do think it may just be too strong for some people like myself.

Very pleased with double Wood vitamins. I especially like the alpha gpc. I can tell an improvement in my memory, since I have been taking it.

Ideal para elevar energía

Funciona, noté el cambio a la semana de usarlo. 2 cápsulas por la mañana en el desayuno y me mantiene concentrado y alerta todo el día. No me causó dolor de cabeza ni de estómago como otros suplementos. Lo recomiendo!
