This seriously takes fooooorrrrreeeeevvvvvveeeeerrrrrr to charge, but I am shocked at its performance! I see several reviews stating they got a defective product because it won't charge... I'm betting most of them just didn't wait long enough. Keep in mind, you are charging a device with enough power to jump start a V6, with a teeeeeny tiny little USB cord! Even after reading reviews, I still thought it was taking too long. Seriously, you just need to wait. Mine arrived at 78% and took about an hour to tick up to 79%. Then it stayed there for several hours and I was losing hope, but I decided to leave it overnight based on some of the reviews I read. I looked at it maybe 20 minutes later and it was up to 94%. Then it jumped up to 100% after maybe another 20 minutes or so. It seems like the gauge may just take some time to catch up. I ordered this after I broke my Jeep and the battery died because it ended up sitting longer than I anticipated. I chose this one because it was the only one under $200 that I could get same day. It arrived fast, but I was honestly so nervous this wasn't going to work that I ended up putting it off for days because I just didn't want to deal with returning it and finding something else. I finally decided it was time to stop procrastinating, and I was absolutely shocked that my Jeep fired right up! After jump starting, the battery still reads 100%. This is what makes me think maybe the gauge isn't super accurate. Some reviews state that it only works a few times. Even if that's true, this is still 100% worth the purchase! Other reviews have claimed it's still going strong after many uses, so it's probably a toss-up, or maybe it depends on the vehicle you're jump starting. I plan to purchase another one to have on hand, in case the first one fails. I love that this is small, lightweight, and won't take up a ton of space in my already cramped overlanding setup. I was nervous because the instructions were a little weird (bad translation to English), but it was pretty simple to use. The case is a little crooked, but it's functional and keeps everything together and protected.

Charges very fast, and actually came charged so I could just put it in my car. I didn’t read any instructions but it was pretty intuitive!!! I haven’t used it to jump start my SUV but I did help jumpstart one of my neighbors cars for her- worked very fast inter 5 minutes with using it for the first time and she was able to get it to the mechanics! It’s very small and I have the hands of a first grader and am still able to comfortably use it. Sent it to my sister to buy for herself in case of emergencies, and I also was able to use it to fill up my car tire (making my husband do the others) and it was very easy to use. I didn’t read the manual before using it, but it does have an auto stop feature so it doesn’t explode the tires or anything!!! also the variety of use for the one thing is just beautiful!! it’s perfect. If you’re stick out the side of the road don’t wanna be hit. You can turn on the light until someone can get to you and help tow your vehicle. It has a variety of uses and honestly it’s really good for the price!!!

I purchased one of these after using a friends at work to jump my truck. the few times I have used it, it worked just fine. I was skeptical how something so small could turn over my truck engine, but it certainly did. I also carry it in my dry box as a back up starter for my surface drive engine that has a bad stator which does not re-charge the battery while running. It's also great when when any lawn equipment has a dead battery and you don't need to pull out huge old style jump packs or run extension cords out to ac powered jumper/chargers. If the longevity ends up being good, I will be very happy. the only reason I removed one star is because the cables are so so short. Yes I was able to get them on the battery, but you literally need to stretch them apart to maximum length to clamp on the posts. I wish the cables were just a few inches longer and it would be perfect. the charging function is easy to see and the battery level also. We will see how long the battery life lasts as batteries that tend to sit without cycling never seem to last more than a few years. And truthfully, it's not like you use an item like this more than a couple times per year.

Great product!! Super cold out and my car wouldn't start. I ordered this on Sunday morning, it arrived same day before the scheduled time. It came fully charged and was very easy to use. Took less than a minute to hook it to the battery and start the car. Its nice, compact, and the price was great.

Excellent product. Compact, powerful and long lasting. I have a 5.4L V8 with a completely dead battery. I hooked up the jumper and the engine cranked and fired up as if I had installed a new battery. Highly recommend this for your vehicle or for anyone you know that should have one.

I liked the specs on this jumper pack and used it to start my MB that had been sitting outside for 9 months. The battery was so dead it would not take a charge. The car started immediately! Very pleased with this purchase.

This jump starter pack works very well for the price. I noticed that there are many who say it takes a long time to charge and I would have to agree. However, it should be noted that I had better success when I connected it to a USBC non-fast charger to charge this jumper. It worked really well today, I actually jumpstarted my own car and I had to jumpstart my neighbor’s car and it had plenty of power to do so on both of them would still residual energy to continue! This doesn’t have the bells and whistles of some of them more expensive models, but it will get the job done and it will do so without breaking the bank.
