INCREIBLE CAZUELA CHINA

Fantastic Wok
This purchase was my first purchase of a traditional carbon steel wok. In the past I have owned an electric wok but found it lacking enough heat to stir fry anything other than extremely small quantities of food. After researching for a couple of weeks I determined that I wanted a Chinese hand hammered, round bottomed wok.I found that with YouTube instructions it was not difficult to season. This wok is well made, with a fine finish and seems to be constructed with quality material.I have been making Chinese recipes for years and although acceptable they were never as good as I could purchase from take-out. Last night I made Lo Mein and chicken fried rice using my existing recipes and was thrilled to find that my food was far better than I had been getting from Take-out.Thank you for fine product and because of its fine quality, a bargain at the selling price.

I would of given this wok a five stars.
The media could not be loaded.  Well I received my wok today... way before than the estimated delivery date(which is awesome!). I understand that it is a hand hammered wok, but what caught me by surprise and a bit upset, was that the bottom outter part seemed a bit too scratched.... and with RUST!!! I’m not happy about that since it’s suppose to be new. So I will be contacting the seller. Other than that, it seems like a great quality wok, amazing handle, with my grip to perfection.

Authentic wok
Be aware that this pan must be seasoned. It comes in silver but you must heat it with thin coating of oil until the pan turns blue. Takes over an hour. The pan is huge and gives you plenty of tossing room. Food came out great. I suggest buying the frame that goes under the pan to support it on stove. Authentic pan, will last forever. I had a coated non-stick work that chipped after couple times. This pan is the real deal.

My first wok and I'd buy again.
I can't compare it to others because it's my first real wok but I love it. It takes some time and work to season but well worth it. Its supposed to stir fry on high heat and it does that perfectly even without a wok burner on my gas stove. If you want a wok that looks beautiful after you use it, this is not for you. It looks well used and seasoned but gives that wonderful wok hay taste. It's heavy too, but it's supposed to be. I have a hard time with the weight but I also work around that by tilting the wok instead of lifting it. Its definitely worth it.

Solid Wok and a great value
I needed a wok and this seemed like it was a good choice. I really, really like it. It was fun seasoning it. It cooks well and evenly. I bought a wok ring because this has a round bottom. But I found myself not using it because while I'm cooking I can get it that much closer to the flame. This has a round bottom so if you don't have gas this is not for you.The handle is solid. I believe this will last a very long time.

Great Wok
Really nice wok. It is sturdy, but not too heavy. Handle construction is the best I have seen. The handle has a rim which helps keep your hand from sliding down onto the hot metal when handling. I would buy again.Make sure you follow the directions to pre-treat it though. It will help with the non-stick longevity.

Great Wok
Great wok, just what I was looking for. Heavy and sturdy. One star less because it gets caroded if not dried properly. All in all perfect wok.
