Coconut milk is this amazing food that once you find it you can never go back. We love that it is high in GOOD-for-you fat, which fills you up so you eat less overall. We make chia seed pudding, use it in baking, cooking, and smoothies. This brand in particular works the best of any I've used. It's consistent in recipes. For any newbies to canned coconut milk: the top part is solid and the bottom is where the "milk" is. A trick I've learned through the years is to open the can from the bottom if you just want to use the milk in a recipe. But the solid part on top can be mixed into most things as well, and it is delicious!

Love, love, love this coconut milk... and the price too! It works great in my curry and in baking. Just to make you aware... when you open the can, the top half will be solidified and the bottom half is liquid. I ended up putting it into a measuring cup and microwaving it for about 20 to 30 seconds. Then it was usable...it's just an extra step. You can also make whipped "cream" with just the top, solidified portion. Don't put it in the microwave, you actually need to refrigerate it for a couple of hours. Then, using an electric mixer, whip it until it's soft and air has been incorporated. With it being both organic and dairy free, at the prime pantry price, this is an awesome product.

I brought this product when it was $2 3 weeks ago and now I come back to see the price doubled? Suspicious. But aside from that, this is a decent coconut milk. I added it into my thai curry and it came out creamy with a subtle hint of sweetness. The only problem was, it didn't look like coconut milk? There was a top layer of thick cream and underneath it was all water, which was really strange. The flavor was spot on though and it has great consistency.

So glad I finally found a place to buy this. Hard to find nowadays, this is my fave brand. I use this in green curries and it’s so creamy. Shake it before use so it doesn’t clump up though. Once it’s added in, it will blend in anyways though. Not too watery either, adds a nice thickness.
