Nice heating pad, it works well, heats up fast , I can only use it on #3 because it stays hot for a long time. The fabric is nice and soft. It's a very nice heating pad.

I'm really happy with this heat pad. The cover is very soft, and the pad is very flexible. The large size comfortably covers by back, neck, and shoulders all at the same time. It heats quickly and gets plenty warm enough for me. It's easy to use, with an on/off toggle switch and 6 different heat levels and 4 different timer settings each controlled by their own clearly labeled button. When you turn it on, it remembers the last settings you used, so I seldom need to adjust it.

Love the size and all the features...especially auto off!

It's only been a month and a half and this heating pad will no longer work. I'm outside of the return window which means I have wasted money on this. It just continues to blink green lights and not heat up. I've tried all the trouble shooting steps I found online and it still does not fix the issue. I do not recommend this product.

Amazing!! Softest material. Fits my whole back at one, gets hot but not burning hot, the timer feature works great!

do not like that you have to use timer. you lay down with pad on and wake up with it off and the sore body part you had hot pad on now cold and hurting.

This is my second one these things last for years and they’re washable
