La compre para regalo para mi abuelita que usualmente solo ve tiktok de la familia o video en youtube, solo le deje esos programas instalados le quite todo lo demás y aun asi no sirve, esta super lento y los videos ni se pueden ver. Pésimo la verdad me decepcionan que amazon permita vendedores como estos
