1粒がでっかいラムネのようで、飲み込むことは出来ないし、舐めて溶かすと不味いしで、飲みやすい形状が多い日本製に慣れている日本人には合わないと思いました。1日に6粒ですが、1粒を半分に割って飲んでいましたが、手間ですし飲む数が多くてだんだん飲むのが億劫になります。リピは無いので効果の程はいまいち分かりません。

The first time I bought this pills, it was good, but the second time I bought it was bad.
In my second purchase, I encountered problems. First I notice the pills are almost over and I only take one pill on average per day, sometimes two pills, so it should last for more than 2 months. However, IU bought it 33 days ago and the case is almost empty. I live alone and no one else touched the case of pills. Also, one pill was BROKEN in half! The problem is, I searched inside and the other half IS NOT there... Odd. Not buying again.

Does anyone feel sleepy when you drink it in morning? I took 3 in morning and three at night. In morning when i woke up i feel so sleepy, and when i took it after eating food in breakfast i feel so tired and drowsy. But I noticed in one week my hair gets so shiny, less hair fall and lively and nails more stronger and thicker
