I'm a beginner and wanted a poster of poses. They used a real model with is a plus. If you are a teacher or just want this for a home studio or a gym. This would be a nice piece. I'm planning on taking classes but for now. I just want to get a better understanding of yoga is before I commit to classes. The poster is laminated and looks wonderful. They even shipped it in a poster tube. I was excited that the supplier would go that extra step. What more could I write about. This is a great teaching tool. Highly recommended.
