Is it wall mount cabinet in assembled dimensions: 32"w x 30"h x 12"d available in espresso color?

No. Only appears to be available in Black and White.

How do they mount to the wall? I didn’t see any reference to that in the description.

It would be mounted like you would with kitchen or utility cabinets. You would need to obtain hardware to attach to wooden wall studs.

Doors don't align correctly. What is the trick to get them to meet perfectly? I've tried all the tricks and I'm out of ideas!

I couldn't get mine perfect either, so I ended up leaving like a 1/4" space so they are at least both straight, if I tried to make the gap smaller it just made them look crooked. The hinge instructions in the manual it came with explains how to adjust it, vaguely

Any reason that i cant stack these on top of my existing work bench instead of wall mount?

The units are designed to be wall mounted they have an open back therefore they have more support when hung on the wall
