Bought these to go into new kitchen they just look beautiful - and if you are going to cut your fingers, you might as well do it in style. They also seem well made and are sharp as anything.

ABSOLUTELY 💯 BRILLIANT! Cannot fault these excellent knives. Have been struggling with chopping using blunt knives for years! NOT anymore.... they're so sharp even as a family cook i will warn others... be careful these are the BEST for Prepping etc.... but not your Fingers 🤣

Honshanho is not a well known name but the price and value for performance is spot on. its a heavy, excellent cleaver that keeps its edge chop after chop. Very happy.

Great set of knives! Great value! Bought this set for an aspiring chef and he loves them. They are nicely weighted, well made and he really likes the finish. They are sharp right out of the case and cut through everything. The carrying case is very handy to store the set and keep sharp knives secure. We did have an issue with the case, contacted Hoshanho, and it was resolved quickly and with little effort on my part. Amazing customer service! Will definitely look at other knives or knife sets from them!

These knives are beautiful, sharp, and just plain awesome to work with. I even purchased a second set for my brother-in-law as a birthday gift. Everything looks and feels of high quality. Even the leather roll case it come in. It's very important to note, THESE KNIVES ARE RAZOR SHARP so they do need to be handled with the utmost care and caution! Just to manage expectations, these knives are beefy, meaning that they have a good weight to them and have a pretty thick spine but the weight and rigidity also comes in handy when cutting through thick tough meat such as brisket as it glides right through them with ease. So far, I couldn't be happier with them.
