Almost no fiber, and no meaningful vitamins or minerals. It smells strongly of sugar as soon as opened. This is misleading and not suitable for toddlers. Products marketed for kids should meet a higher standard of transparency and nutritional integrity. I regret not reading the label more carefully before purchasing, but I believe the responsibility also lies with the company to market products honestly and responsibly.

Let's clear out some things first: I was afraid of moving to this from the fancy expensive brand (even showing almost the same composition) because all the ill comments about the taste. My 2 year old LOVES her "berry chocolate". I guess people buy something called "amazing grass" thinking it will taste like "amazing sugar" and yeah... it doesn't. YES, the container seems to be almost empty - that's what happen with shaking suring distribution. Product is sold by weight not volume. The price is sooo worth it for the content! I mix one spoon of it on 4oz of warm water to dissolve very well and then pour 4oz of cold milk on top, kiddo loves it in the morning. I am coming back for more - and waiting for outrageous chocolate to be back in stock!!!

It mixed well, taste good and my 4 year old actually drank it. So for that it's a win win!

My 4-year-old isn’t a fan of veggies and only likes a few fruits. I chose the berry flavor because I thought it would mix more easily with juice. I considered the chocolate flavor, but she doesn’t like milk. I mixed it with her favorite, apple juice, and she actually drank it! I’ll try again tomorrow to see if she likes it consistently. She also takes Lil Critters vitamins, so if your child is picky with fruits and veggies, I’d recommend pairing this with a daily multivitamin. I’ve attached a photo of the container next to a Coke can so you can see the size.

I’d give it 5 stars but the container is as half empty as a brand new bag of chips. The berry flavor is a huge hit with my 3 year old. He absolutely loves it in his probiotic Greek yogurt. It mixes well, taste like strawberries.
