Uvexのグラスに続き、Hoogaのブックライトも導入。結 論、これも「正解」だった。5,000円クラスで迷っている時 間は、人生のリカバリー時間をドブに捨てているのと同じ だ。 1. 「明るさ調整」という名の精密兵器 この製品の真価はブルーライトカット以上に、そのỈ密な 「調光性能」にある。文字は認識できるが脳は覚醒させな い、その絶妙な低輝度へ追い込める。光の入力値を支配でき ない者は、翌朝のパフォーマンスを語る資格はない。 2. 手のひらサイズの戦略的装備 驚くほどコンパクトで、旅行の相棒としても完璧。環境が変 わる旅先こそ、光による覚醒リスクは最大化する。この「ポ ータブルな聖域」を持ち歩かないのは、自ら時差ボケを誘発 しにいくような敗北行為だ。 3. 圧倒的な満足感と損失回避 一度この「光を制御する感覚」を知れば、二度と戻れない。 質の低い照明で脳を削り続ける損失に早く気づくべき。

2000円弱くらいの同様の製品と、本商品と、両方買いました。 本商品の方が光の色が赤っぽく、夜の寝室読書に使っても、光が目に刺さる感じがありません。 また、明るさが、夜読書に調節良い範囲で弱・中・強と調節でき、本当に夜の読書に特化して作られた製品なのだな、と、納得できます。(安い方の製品だと、強は明らかに明るすぎて部屋ごと明るくなる。弱にしても若干眩しさを感じます。)

色味が良く、夜間に使っても差し支えないですが、個人的には一番下の明度でも少し明るいなと感じたので、気になる場合は紙を被せるなどすると丁度良いと思います。

Works perfectly! Bought this as I finally clued in that even on low settings, the Kindle Paperwhite emits low blue light. So, given that there are no “reputable” blue light overlays that you can purchase on Amazon (the only one I could find made dubious claims and had bad reviews), I thought I would try this out. There are many warm book lights that you buy. But I appreciate this one as it offers ONLY warm light options (three settings, low, med, high). Since I use it with a Kindle, at first I thought it wouldn’t be sturdy enough, but once clipped on, it stays in place when I move the Kindle around (horizontal, vertical). The clip also works with my Kindle case (the clip opens wide enough). Light quality is perfect. See the before/after pictures. Haven’t used it enough to test battery life, but assuming it will be as long as the manufacturer states. Other reviews I have read here Highly recommend!

اشتريتها من امازون الامريكي ب ٦٤ ريال فقط، خفيفة وصغيرة واضاءتها ممتازة، لها ٣ درجات وتؤدي الغرض، كانطباع اولي حبيتها، بامكانك استخدامها مع كتاب ورقي او مع جهاز كندل بسهولة، شحنتها لاول مره اليوم والان ببدا اجربها اذا واجهت اي سلبيات معها حدثت هنا تحديث: اليوم ١٤ ديسمبر استخدامي لها قليل صحيح لكني ما احتجت اشحنها مره اخرى بعد أول مره شحنتها فيه

Battery life is good - i recently used it as a night lite and it lasted all night.

Great product. Perfect amount of light for reading at night before bed, without interfering with sleep thanks to the amber lighting.
