Glad for the improvement

SATISFIED
I buy this product for my mom who is 84 yrs old with dementia. She has a feeding tube inserted in her as she is unable to swallow. I guess that the product is OK she isn't able to talk. The product always arrives in a reasonable amount of time and has not expired. Thank you.

The product is good, but the service is very hit or miss. I got the shipment notice AFTER the shipment was sitting on my porch.

Good product
Enteral feeding, meal replacement formula. Have been using for a while. This product must be maintained at certain temperatures so long shipping time is not ideal. .
