These are great for upgrading motorcycle tail lights to make them brighter and more noticeable. Great price, easy to swap out. Not sure about lifespan as I just put them in, but I can update if they fail prematurely.

Bright, maybe too bright. I used these to upgrade my tail lights/brake lights. They are so bright when my taillights are on but when I use the brake you can barely tell the brake light is on. They work well when you have the taillights off
