This is the book that I've been using for my studies. It is easy to read and anybody can read. You could get great perspectives on life and think about your own lifestyle.

I baught this to help me with my Adlerian Counselling Course and it was just right for the novice. It has proved very helpful and I am still finding it a very useful book. I received it in excellent good order. Thank you

The book is written in a way that is easy to understand, even for those who don't know much about spychology.

An excellent introduction to the work of Adler.

This is an excellent book in which the author argues that, whatever our personal circumstances and history, we have the ultimate power to give our lives meaning. Highly recommended.
