Valerian Root - 1 lb - Cut & Sifted - Herbal Tea - No Fillers Or Additives

Perfectly sealed and one bag seemed a lot bigger than expected which I don’t mind. I have had difficulty sleeping and after about an hour of drinking some of this, I become calm enough to fall asleep.

I will say this stuff tastes horrible but if you can hold your breath and get it down it REALLY WORKS. The way I drink it is with a piece of hard candy in my mouth, still not good but that makes it a little easier to drink it. After about a week it doesn't work so well so you have to stay off it for a few days then go back to it.

Smells amazing strong like valerian root needs to. Works great. Best since a while! I will order again!

This may be a subjective opinion from my flavor preferences and may not apply to you, but the taste has an odd bitterness compared to ther valerian root teas I've had. But it is effective at helping me get to sleep. I need extra honey to compensate. I would say still give this a try as it is a good value.

I have sleep tea with valerian root but by itself it is just s good. I got a great night sleep. Cannot wait to try using this on my goji berry, strawberry kiwi and all the many other teas I have to use for sleeping. Thankyou.
