Rheem RTG-70XLN-1 Tankless Water Heater, Gray

Good hot water heater.

I was very easy to install since we were replacing one of the exact brand and all the plumbing was the same as our old one.

Replaced a similar sized Rinnai with this Rheem. The Rheem is smaller, quieter and does a much better job than the Rinnai. I'm hoping that parts, repairs & maintenance will be easier with a traditional manufacturer like Rheem. Instructions were clear and it made things easier.

It’s a minuscule problem, but for an expensive purchase and let alone purchasing two tanks that came with the same dents upon arrival is kind of annoying. It’s tedious because I will hear it from the property owner complaining about dents on a brand new tank.

Bad quality. Bad service We purchased 2 because we have 2 units one worked perfectly fine the second unit the first day that we were going to use it , the ignition and the 2 bundle were damaged. We try to contact the company but nobody contact us back . We had to buy a new one at Home Depot
